SESSION INFORMATION

Here is some great information about your session and how things will go.

The Beginning:
Let’s have a conversation about the services you need and your ultimate goal. Once we have determined the type of session you would like, we will then schedule it in. You will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you are booking a newborn session, we ask that you book within the first two weeks after baby is born. After the two weeks it gets a little more difficult to photograph babies. It’s not impossible, but just a bit more difficult to get the sleepy baby photos you may be looking for.

The Process:
After you have booked your session, I will send you 1-2 follow up emails to confirm your date and time as we get closer to your session day. Please note, we get that life happens, so if you have to reschedule your session, that’s ok but it should be rescheduled 48 hours before the actual day.

Depending on your session, it may last anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours.
Your gallery will be available approximately 1-2 weeks after your session. We will email you with a private online gallery.

Terms

CANCELLATION: All Deposits are non-refundable. Clients are given one pass to reschedule for emergency purposes. Beyond that, you must place a new deposit to secure a new date. Should weather cause us to reschedule there is no fee for that. Once a session fee is paid in full there are no refunds, only reschedules.

PUNCTUALITY PLEASE: It is very important that you arrive to your session on time and ready to begin. Our specific appointment time is set aside just for you. Please make every effort to be on time so that you can receive your full session. Being late or not ready to start will cut into your shooting time. Showing up more than 30 minutes late may result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Please limit attendance to those being photographed plus one to keep down distraction.

SESSION FEES: Session fees are due in full before the start of your scheduled session. Once a session fee is paid in full it cannot be refunded. If you need to reschedule for emergency reasons, we will apply your credit to your future session.

Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, cash or e-transfer.
