It is exciting to celebrate the third Monday in February with family as this is the custom in many provinces in Canada.
Family Day was created to give people time to spend time with their families. Spending time with family is special and quite relaxing as we get to enjoy each other’s company.
It is also a time to reflect and talk about memories from the past that makes us appreciate how far we’ve come.

1. Play Board Games
Board games are great for bonding and keeping spirits up. Bring out those games and have a family night playing different games like Chess, Monopoly, or Twister.
2. Play Show & Tell
Get your kids to play show and tell where they stand in front of the family to share something about their favourite things in the house.
3. Look at Photo Albums Together
This has to be our favorite activity! Go through those frozen-in-time moments together and share stories about those photos, especially about what makes them special.
4. Engage in your Favorite Sport
